We stopped in for windshield wipers and the guy behind the counter went out of his way to help us install them, and gave us a ladder to use so we could wash our windshield. Highly recommend them for your auto part needs!

When I walked in, the 1st thing I noticed was the smell. Maybe they should have their plumbing checked. I found the part I needed. Unfortunately, no employees were around. I walked towards the back and said "hello" a man in his 50s wearing a gray shirt asked what I needed. I asked if anyone could cash me out and he turned away and kept walking with no response. I was kinda stuck and needed my item. A younger man came up and cashed me out. Behind the counter looks like no one has updated, cleaned or organized in years. If you can make it to the Tri-Cities or Spokane, you should.

We stopped by here yesterday after encountering an issue with our car. The staff here were extremely helpful in recommending what to do to fix the issue, and were even kind enough to let us use their phone to contact our family member. I would definitely recommend coming to them with any of your auto part needs!

Napa is my go-to for quality auto parts. The guys at my local store are knowledgeable and eager to help you find whatever you need to fix your vehicle. If you care about your vehicle, stay away from those other stores, the quality just isn't there.
