Saturday afternoon driving from out of state... Super courteous employee. Let me use his load tester to diagnose, sold me parts, offered assistance as I changed an alternator in the parking lot. Everything a cooperate store isn't.
Great guys, I broken down and luckily made it to Napa in Eureka. Loaned me all the tools to fix my truck and get back on the road.
Got exactly what I needed and staff was polite and helpful
I was looking for a car part and that found one that I need. I give them a five star.job well done..
Wasn't to impressed with the help he had to hang up to look up the part and call me back good help would keep you on the line and look up the part.
