NAPA Auto Parts - Auto Parts of Montpelier

The place is great and all. The staff is friendly and helpful. But the prices are outrageous. 180 dollars for a starter motor, like 140 with a core is still absolutely insane. Already struggling with finances and that doesn't help.

I have bought a couple different items from NAPA. Car batteries, tools, etc. The staff has always been helpful to me. I know a little about a lot of things and when I need extra info, they are always willing to answer my questions, even if they seem "obvious". Thanks NAPA! I highly recommend this store.

We brockdown in bear lake yesterday. We when to this store and there was a very helpful Man that was really nice and when the extra mile on helping us with our trailer bearing. Now day's you don't see this kind of people. Do we really appreciate All that he did for us. We hope God keeps blessings him and his family.

These guys saved more than just the day for me,2500 miles from home and the belt blew off of my duramax because of a frozen idler pulley ,I sure picked the right place to call,they had the parts in stock and delivered them to my driver where he was broken down in the middle of nowhere on the side of a highway with a trailer in tow,they even made two trips for us because of the so many different options,Kelly had no problem at all helping out we were very very lucky,stil 10 hours from our destination and then head back home next week with a load.We do our share of road trips and if anything like this ever happens again NAPA will be our first choice of the place to go.Here at home there my favorite parts store for quality and more made in USA items than anyone else that we deal with.Thank

Younger guy working there has Very poor knowledge of computer reference guide looking for parts. Was in line looking for a part for over 15 min. And he had no idea what the hell he was doing told me they didn’t have the part. I left then my partner went back about 40 min. and asked Larry for the same part he punched it in and in 5 min. had both parts. NAPA need to have someone there to attend to business not this younger bafoon.
