Had to come in and replace a battery terminal and didn’t have the right socket. Skip helped me out big time and came out and helped fab the terminal so it would fit my battery properly. Came back out to test my battery and it needed replaced. He replaced the battery and called it a day. A++ service.

The counter people are never anxious to wait on customers, like they are too busy for that, really? No control on even pricing. Bought paint hardener under $29. When I went back 3 weeks later the same product was over $40? They leave discount's up to individual employees so you never know what price you will get. They have primitive computer systems which the employees struggle with and it takes too long. Always looking for new employees because it's soi disorganized. A lot to be desired!

I had called first the other known auto parts store. Of course, long hold which ended up with ... It says (in the computer) no information. Then I called NAPA. He was quick in his search and said ...we have it here! Then I picked up the part. He was polite and even shared a story. I love good people interacting with me. Thanks NAPA This is now my " GO TO PLACE"

I was appalled by what seemed a complete lack of interest in closing a sale. The guy started to search for the part in his computer, and ignored me twice--when I asked an additional question, and when I volunteered additional information that could help to narrow down the search. He finally mumbled "I cannot find it". It's okay to not know, but the two other (not busy) salespersons nearby didn't even try to help.THIS is why I simply thanked him and left. I came to this store based on some of the positive reviews, but in my experience the negative reviews reflect a better match to the reality of this mediocre place.

Good people same price as everyone else, but when you walk in its not a teen aged kid playing on a cell phone! They didn't have my part in stock but it was there next day as promised.
