NAPA Auto Parts - Auto Parts of WIllmar

My family was driving home and the ac quit in my truck. It was 90 and humid! Megan helped us over the phone get an ac high pressure switch 5 minutes before they closed, and we were 45 minutes from the store. She was going to place the part and receipt in a discrete spot near the store. We arrived and were amazed she stayed after work, waiting in the parking lot with the party in hand! The team there is amazing! Highly recommend this store with the great crew working there. Thank you again Megan!

I'm really impressed with the way they handled their warranty on a battery I had purchased from them a year and a half ago. There was no hassle whatsoever and Mike, the gentleman who helped me, treated me like I was buying a bunch of parts not returning something. I will definitely give them my business in future automotive purchases!

Nichole was fantastic and so was the other staff member. I went to other places to find a specific part and one place just pointed to where the part was and the other place did not even acknowledge I was in the store. At Willmar NAPA they gave me a book to look at to find the part and they went down the aisle to help me find the part I was looking for. Nichole was awesome and very friendly. I will come here all the time now; they truly care about the costumer.

Worst customer service of my life ... This man has literally spent ample time with the other customer that just left. But anything I say like it's a thorn in his side to even listen to my needs. But as for the battery I needed, he had no intention of helping. I went to Olivia Napa store any was helped right away!
