Terrible experience this time. I've shopped at the Windsor NAPA numerous times in the past and considered it more than adequate. However, this time was ridiculous. I ordered brakes and rotors online and they were supposed to arrive at the store on Monday. I received a text stating the parts were in then after heading that way, I received another text stating the parts weren't really in. I called and was told the parts would be in before closing and to expect another text. Didn't get the text until the next day. Picked up the parts and the front rotors and pads went fine. Started on the rears and discovered the rotors were the wrong size. Called to Windsor store and they confirmed I received the wrong rotors...drove back to store and got the correct rotors. Amazing. Honestly I've been doing a lot of business at autozone. But I can say that I have felt an experience here at Napa that everyone with troubles should experience to help the situation. Dennis Did a outstanding job of finding a circuit breaker box for my k5 that they no longer sold so he made one up for me after doing the research. Amazing guy
