One of the dudes gave me a mixture of different spark plugs, only needed 4, gave me 2 different brands and one was even shorter than the rest. Would of caused some harm if I was a total idiot and didn't notice that.
Should not be able to use the Napa name if they won’t take back parts from any Napa location poor service never shop at Napa again
This store 99 percent of the time will have what you need.
Tried to go in after work to pick up some trim push pins and the guy in the store stopped me at the door and locked me out saying they closed at 5:30 when it was 5:24. Would've had plenty of time to grab what I needed
