Five stars for Napa Auto Parts in DeSoto they're the most helpful personable people I've ever dealt with in an auto parts store I told them the parts I needed for a particular motor I was building and then created an entire list for me it was very thorough and kind and courteous.

I called a few minutes before close with a very simple question. To see if they had in their Milwaukee Tools a jigsaw that I could pick up tomorrow morning instead of driving much farther to Farmington Rural King to buy the tool instead it rang a few times and then I heard the phone pick up and click Sadly typical customer service from this place. I called again thinking maybe it was a fluke and was hung up on again. This happened a couple more times. Each time the phone being picked up and then immediately slammed back down. At least now when I drive out to Farmington I will feel better knowing that I'm going someplace that appreciates my business

Not your average NAPA! Love these guys(and lady). They're always happy to help, far from stereotypical "parts pullers".

Good place. They know what they're doing. I took in old parts in there and they got me the right ones ordered.
