I came in to visit my family from San Antonio. My battery started to act up, went to go see about getting it checked. Decided that we needed a new battery, so I purchased the batter that was needed. I was told that they were going to have to order the battery and to come back the next day so they can remove the old one and install the new one. The next day, I went in and they told me they were too busy to assist me. Handed over the battery and was sent on my way, because they were "too busy to install it" so I had to install it myself at home and the go back to hand over the old battery. Terrible service, telling customers one thing and once the sale is made they go back on their word.

I called and asked for one of the supervisors- the guy puts me on hold and then hangs up on me. I called back and the guy that answers the second time barely spoke english - he hung up on me also! Real professionals!

There was a promotion advertising for a great deal on car oil and filter, once I arrived at the shop I was told that the deal did not apply/exist. Although i called ahead to confirm if the offer was still available and or evem existed. I was told that it was real and that it applied toward the items i was searching for. The drive was a waste of time and a bad way of conducting promotions.
