Call in the afternoon for parts by 4om they’ll be there so y’all don’t call me I have to call y’all only for you to tell me you only have 1 of the 2 axles I payed for bad communication

I say keep going to their store as opposed to buying on line! They did fantastic at price and quality for my parts and got all that we needed to do our brake job at home and we were able to get it done in one day. America we gotta keep stores like this one in business!

Upon arrival and waiting patiently at the counter to be helped an employee comes out of the back and sees me and let's out a loud sigh. Once at the counter in front of me he just says " what" at this point I didn't want to deal with him but proceeded to tell him what I needed, he proceeds to talk to me like I was dirt. I ended up getting what I needed but will never shop there again. I would give - 5 stars if I could. I shopped there 20 years ago and they were nasty to me then I guess they haven't changed.
