Had a great experience at this location! Was looking to get brake pads and the handsome guy that helped me was excellent and went above the expectations of a napa parts employee! He helped me find and get the correct rotors as well. Store was very organized and easy to locate specific items. Only thing would be the entrance is kinda sketchy i almost tripped on the door frame walking in .

Very good service. They were able to find the part i needed. They didn't have it in stock however they were able to order it and have it to their store in less than 2 hours. I opted to pick it up at the Glencoe location but the ease of transaction and the friendly service will make me come back again.

Honestly the most incompetant, crooked, lazy and disrespectful employee. I get that he's a middle aged man angry about being a car parts bus boy, and the fact i make more in hour than he does in one day. But i was always respectful even though he has given me the wrong parts more than once. But this time i specifically came in with thr request for the starter i picked out online. Online it was 79.89 and the exact one i needed. He insisted that i get the more exspensive one, as thats what our local mechanic put in his truck which he said was the same make and model. I insisted i wanted the same one as the core i brought in. He said he would take %20 off if that helped. And stated it has a lifetime warranty. I asked if it had new bolts and he put my old core in the new box and took the box (

Was in at 3 this afternoon for a set of bearing flanges for a 7/8 in bearing the kid that was working asked what it was for when I said it was an agriculture equipment he never tried to look up the part or anything just told me they don’t have them an can’t get them so I went to Arlington Napa they had the flanges when I told them about what happened they checked Gaylord Napa’s inventory and told me they had a set on hand so after today I’m done going their for parts if they don’t want to try to even find the parts I will take my business someplace else

The kid working here cost me about $150 in wasted shop labor time! Went there for fuel line, and this stupid guy tells me and the shop part-runner that all they have is hydraulic lines, which are illegal to sell as fuel lines, so he refused to make them. After an hour and 1/2 of trying to find them elsewhere......being told that illegal is not true...that the shop gets fuel line at Napa all the time......finally another Napa worker shows up at the repair shop, then goes back and makes the hoses for us! The frickin kid just didn't want to! I will be calling the regional manager in the morning!
