Scammers Had car issues and thought it was battery issue. So I went and bought one from here. The lady cashier told me that if it was not installed I could return it for a refund. Well battery was not the issue and I never remove the caps on the terminals. I go today two or three days later from purchase to return the battery. I ask for a refund because I did not need the battery and told the older cashier. The older cashier said it has been installed and use a knife to pop a cap of the negative terminal. I denied and told him that I never use the battery. He then point on the receipt I had from purchase that no electrical items can be returned.
