During a severe thunderstorm, and while out on a delivery, my windshield wiper randomly broke off while I was driving. I stopped here in a frantic and the two nicest guys helped me out. The one guy went out in the storm and replaced my windshield wipers so I could get back to work. There are still nice people in this world and I am grateful to them both. Small town courtesies mean a lot! Thanks again guys. I didn’t get their names but it was on 08/22/25 at around 12:30 or so.

Not cheap, but they have it or can get it. Very knowledgeable staff.

My husband went in for a part for his semi at the Lake Butler store today, he asked the associate to look at the truck with him to make sure he got the right part and was simply told No. Not I’m sorry I’m unable to help, not I can’t I’m with someone else, simply NO. He asked again to make sure he heard correctly. That’s ok we’ll go to advance auto or auto parts where they’re always more than willing to help and great customer service.

Staff was friendly...one employee help me check fluids, refer me to local company for assist. Very nice, friendly professional , helpful thank you u know who you are.. being new to town a great help..
