809 E Landis Ave, Vineland, NJ 08360 The service is terrible. The man with glasses and a cap, I think he's from Puerto Rico, is awful at customer service. Every time I go there and ask him something, he tells me I have to have an account or know exactly what I want, otherwise he can't help me. They should close this place down or change the staff. Today I went there and he told me that to open an account I have to own a farm or a commercial business, which is ridiculous! And what he doesn't know is that I already have an account, and I don't own any of the things he mentioned. He needs to be better informed or find a different job. I don't recommend this place at all 👎

Ive always had a great experience at this Napa. They always go out of their way to help you get what you need. They are old school and they know auto parts. I called for several gallons of coolant after ordering it online for pickup at the Millville store and they didn't even have it. I walk in the vineland store and its sitting on a hand truck waiting for me. You dont see service like that these days! Can't recommend this place enough.

Went to the store to get help with a battery issue and had to practically beg for help The customer service was horrible and Also. I did not feel welcomed there I Also felt like it was because of the color of my skin because I am a brown skinned colored Man I can't speak for all the staff there but the guy I meant I felt was racist I will never ever be returning to that store again. If that was his job to do that he did it By not having one less colored man come to his store. Thank you sir

Always on time and friendly if they don't have the part they get it eventually and then they call you. They always have a sell on certain 5 gallon types of oil..
