Won’t be doing any business with this place ever again or any NAPA. Bought a cv axle went out in a week. They wouldn’t warranty it because I didn’t have the box.

Save your time and avoid a headache. If napa is what you need drive to Lovington where real parts people work. They will ignore you here, gossip then answer phone call before they attend to you. It’s a circus there like the manager said.

Best place to get your auto parts, and if you need help ask for Ronda. Mikey Ralph’s brother, the trouble makers sent you.

Walked into store this morning. 5 different workers. None offered to help. So I walked up to counter to get help. Two ladies, neither helping costumers. Completely ignored me and walked off. So I left store. Wont be going back. Terrible costumer service.

Great customer service and good experience. Only down side is that New Mexico is strict about Covid rules not specific to NAPA. Rhonda was a great help and has a great attitude. Will be back if working in this area!
