I was sold a car battery ,,that was supposed to go in my golf cart..? New employees that didn't know crap ! I got a refund, and spoke to a very nice man..Lorenzo. he was very knowledgeable and hated I was sold a car battery..

I'll say this, they earned a new customer today. Broke a bolt in a alternator for a car I was working on. Went there to find a tool to get it out, ended up with one of the employees got the bolt out and cleaned up the threads. Can't find that kind of customer service no more. Guy wouldn't even let me pay him. I don't know much about tools but I do know about being loyal to good people. This NAPA will be my go to auto parts store from now on

Walked in and no one acknowledged me. Waiting behind another customer since it seemed that employee was the only one working . Walked toward one employee that I realized was just standing there doing nothing. The employee did not even acknowledge me, but did acknowledge the man that walked in the door. Fortunately, the gentleman who walked in the door stood a side and looked at me so the employee finally acknowledges me. I was there to buy an alternator, but that’s OK. I will just go to advance auto parts!

These guys were excellent. My alternator failed on my road trip from Florida to New Jersey. These guys had the part in stock with a lifetime warranty. Cant beat that. Not only that all the staff were very friendly and asked me how the job went when I returned with the core. They even looked up where I could get a replacement pigtail even though the store didn't carry it. Any store that goes above and beyond instead of just treating me like a number gets my business and recommendation. It's true online shopping may sometimes be easier and cheaper but you don't always have the luxury of waiting 2 days to 1 week for parts to arrive. I went there a couple days ago to pick up a serpentine belt and idler pulley for my 2010 Exploder. I didn't catch the name of the man behind the counter, but he was no nonsense and obviously knows his business... he had the parts in front of me in no time flat, at a reasonable rate. No nonsense, swapped em in the lot and on my way (not from these parts and had nowhere to work but under the yellow electric glow of the storefront). Highly recommended.
