Received the message to call the store. So you want me to call for a 6th time? I’ve been to the store 3 times and the issue is still not resolved. The manager doesn’t care. Called and asked for him over and over. Was told by the sales rep to give him our credit card number so we could order parts without an account. No thanks! Be cautious dealing with Napa commercial accounts in BellmeadTexas. They give you a price come back months later and charge you more for it. They make up fake invoices that is untraceable for large amount of money. You cannot get anyone to return your call from your store. You call corporate and they tell you that that’s a store generated invoices they can do nothing about it, the store tells you it’s corporate generated and they can’t do anything about it. I’m hopi

Had to adjust their online time. Was incorrect and cost me time on critically needed parts so had to run clear across town to get what was needed at a place open.

I visited this Napa Auto Parts this morning and Deanna greeted me with a smile and asked how she could help. I told her I was in town from DFW and needed a new battery. She said “let’s go see the if that’s your actual issue and brought her diagnostic reader to get down to the root problem. She was EXTREMELY helpful. I haven’t had this good of service EVER in an auto parts store. I would recommend this store to any locals and ask for Deanna! I would recommend to all my family and friends. I truly thank her for her service and overall friendliness. This store hit the jackpot when they hired her. Great job guys! Keep up the great work!

I did an online order for a specific oil because most stores on my side of town were out. It said it would be ready in 30 mins, and I got an email not 5 mins after placing saying it was ready for pickup. The store was very clean and well organized, staff were friendly and helpful, and the oil was sitting right behind the counter with my name on it. What more can you ask for?
