The nice lady performed a free Charging System & Battey test & my battery had a bad cell & excessive ripple effect from the Alternator. She helped me choose a premium battery and I installed it. What a great experience. I have a 8am appointment with Tripple B to further analyze and perhaps installing a new alternator.
The customer service used to be pretty good. Now I spend more time waiting in line while someone stairs at me and they call 4 other people ahead of me. Been shopping here for 20 years. This has happened multiple times lately. I get summer is busy but I’ll spend the time driving to Kalispell rather than getting passed up for 30 min in your store.
Shout out to the fellas working here! They helped me get my truck back on the road with their expert assistance. Life savers for sure!
Steele was very helpful and honest. I came in with oil concerns for my vehicle and he gave me exceptional customer service. Grateful I stopped in. Thank you
I don't know who's in charge over here but they've got the right idea for sure. When the wrong part came out of the box Chris and Derek got it squared away ASAP. And they did It right. Way to go and thanks for getting me back on the road 👍😎👌
