Had a tire going down and they got on it right away. It was a little high priced for patch on a tire but it was worth the price.

On my road trip from Miami to California I got bubble on my tire and decided to go to Napa they have a tire service center. Great job took off my old tire and replaced it with a spare I had on me. Fair price. Quite but efficient workers in and out in less than 20 mins 👍🏻

I pulled into local RV park late today and discovered both new LED lights on my car dolly had fallen or blown off today. Groan. So, I called the Needles NAPA 1/2hr before closing, and they (Dana?)delivered a new pair to me in 20mins. Extraordinary service!!!!! And, the NAPA version is much snugger fit than the Amazon mail-order they replaced. Can't say enough good things about the guy answering (he instantly texted me a photo of the plug to confirm fit). Clearly a well run NAPA!

Called about a v belt for my washing machine. Helped me out had it in stock. I showed up just before they closed so kind even at the end of the day for them. Thank you so much washing machine is fixed.
