So these guys know how to problem solve. When they don’t list a specific part in their system they go out of their way to look online to cross reference the specific item and if they don’t have it they help you figure out a way to make do with what they have in stock. I had a caliper mounting bolt fall out and they didn’t have a listing for one so the lady took my poorly described description over the phone of what I was looking for and got me on the right path. I removed the second mounting bolt to reference in store and found a bolt they had in store to fix my caliper. You go to their competitors and they don’t know what to do if they don’t have something. You go to Brian’s and they go above and beyond. Thank you. You’ve certainly earned a loyal customer.

Came in for something as simple as window wipers and got completely ignored. Stood there for over ten minutes while the useless staff stood around doing nothing. Total joke of a store. Don’t bother wasting your time — they clearly don’t care about helping anyone.

The battery in my key fob was dead. I was parked at the library and my car wasn’t starting. I was able to walk to Napa from the library. I was immediately greeted when I walked in and they asked what she could help me with. I told her I needed a battery but I wasn’t sure which kind. They opened up my key fob since I wasn’t sure how to do it. They had the battery I needed in stock. They put the new battery in for me. The price was very reasonable. I was expecting to pay way more. I would definitely come back here.

Friendly, helpful customer service... most importantly... HONEST. They stand behind the products they sell. I went in this morning with two bad batteries out of my truck that I had bought in 9/17. I had no idea what the warranty was and felt that the batteries had served me well enough so I was fully prepared to buy two new batteries. When I say the cores down, they noted the date that they were purchased and, regardless of the fact that I didn’t have a receipt and had no idea that they did, in fact, have a two year warranty. No questions asked, they retrieved two brand new equivalent batteries from the back, printed me a new receipt (with smiles on their faces, no less) and I was out the door.
