Bought a NAPA brand car battery and they had a 20% off deal today so I'm happy with my purchase. It was much less expensive than buying one in Dallas. Even though they don't install batteries at this location, they will let you borrow tools to install it yourself and my dad was happy to install it for me. Thank you Napa for my new affordable battery for my car!

Chris and his family will take great care of anyone who comes in. Doesn’t matter if you need a part for a 2020 Chevy 2500 or a 1968 Hay wagon. If the parts not in stock they will get it. Most of the time the same day if your there in the am. If they can’t get it they will help you find it and point you in the right direction. On top of the service you won’t beat their prices! I brought my wife’s car in with a dead battery left the car running because I just wanted to make sure they had the same type. After I found out they did I told Chris I would run home take hers out and bring it back with my truck. Chris didn’t hesitate. He grabbed a couple tools and changed it for me. Just to save me a trip. NAPA as far as parts go has been great to me but this location never has cash on hand apparently, so I will be doing my business elsewhere. It doesn’t matter if it’s 200 bucks or 60 they “don’t have it” so as far as I’m concerned this location is closed down!

Customer service was outstanding! Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly staff. I had called ahead and the correct part I needed was already on the counter waiting till I arrived and didn't even have to request. They just go over and beyond to be as helpful as possible here. Would definitely recommend the NAPA location in Broken Arrow.

They had my part that I had looked for everywhere but wouldn't price match the locations that normally had it but we're out. Little disappointed but I got the job done because they had it.
