Store refuses to honor a lifetime warranty after a part failed 2 years later. Not sure how a lifetime warranty falls off after 2 years. Personally would recommend to avoid this particular store as their business practices are very immoral.

This place is terrible. I purchased front and rear rotors and pads or my wife's car. They had everything in stock except for the rear rotors. They said they could have them in the morning, and I said that was fine. The next morning I received a text that said "your rotors are here". I drove up there (35 minute drive) and they only had one in stock, which is what they had the previous day. They apologized and I still was like "it's fine, stuff happens" so they were like there's one in Winder so we'll send somebody to go get it. I was like great! So I went home and tore the car down (front and rear) and waited for their call. I never received it so I finally called the store and they were like "oh yeah, sorry, we got busy and never went." It was welcoming at first😐 after receiving my part for my car it was time to pay. I went to pay with my card & handed my card to the cashier since their card machine was behind the counter. The cashier then returns my card on the counter instead of in my hand like I handed to him. They would have received a 4 star, but that was poor customer service & he did not say thank you 😐 hopefully they improve on their service.

I know better than to even try and get a hydraulic hose made there anymore because they are NOT going to have the fittings. Only went because everyone else was already closed and I haven't been there in months because they got so bad. Thought I'd give it a shot. Of course they didn't have the fittings. Brooks y'all have had a good run it may just be time to hang it up in Covington. I used to only go here now I avoid it at all cost. Maybe pay your people more and you'll get better results. $12 an hour probably won't get you far. Sorry.

Ordered a part last Monday. It was supposed to be there by Thursday. Went in on Friday to pick it up. The lady behind the counter ignored me standing there waiting initially. Once I moved up to the counter she tells me the part was not ordered. I said yes it was you charged my card and I have the receipt. She then informs me it wasn't order by them. I asked why no one called me? She ignored me. She then said she couldn't get the part and I requested a refund. She got a young man from the back to help her. He said he could order the part now. I said if I hadn't come in would it just sit there without anyone calling me. The lady then yells, yes! Total lack of customer service. Who cares my truck was sitting for a week. I will not give them any of my money there are other options.
