The staff are very knowledgeable and they always have everything I need to keep me on the road.
I work for a trucking company so I am frequently buying parts and this place has been the absolute best. They have been able to help me with almost everything. I buy truck parts, trailer parts, and shop supplies from them so its really everything I need in one place. They have tracked down parts for me on several occasions, ordered parts for me, and delivered them. If theyre out delivering near me they call and see if I need anything. I really mean it when I say they have been a saving grace on multiple occasions. Jacob, Mike, Phil, and Elwood are the best!
What great service! My truck's batteries went out, and it's my only vehicle since I'm in an RV, and I asked if they could deliver. I got the right parts in 15 minutes time. Everyone was very helpful and genuinely nice to work with. Thanks Brooks Auto/Napa for making a bad situation great!
