NAPA Auto Parts - Burgettstown Auto Parts

Staff checked my car to see if it needed oil even before I made a purchase. They went out of their way to educate me on my car and shared very helpful tricks and tips!

Go anywhere else if you need auto parts. The workers don't want to be there and run to the back when they see you coming. My mother went in for a battery and they wouldn't even help her install it.

Our oil lite came on while we're were driving and we stopped in the the men behind the counter took time to make sure we got what we needed!! Love that!

Not my favorite NAPA, these guys try but this always feels like a good ole boys club, if your not a local and they do not know you by name you will not get there best service. I have been going here for odds and ends for a while but never really get great service, it usually feels like I am bothering them....

Burgettstown Napa is the best parts store for just about everything. Very knowledgeable staff, and experienced. If you have an idea, they'll make it clear and easy to complete your automotive repairs and projects. Oh and Veterans, they appreciate our service. I appreciate their support.
