I love the fact that it feels like you walk back into 1990s. Where the counter person does not need it computer to figure out what you need. I hope this place stays the same for the next 50 years. I love it. If you need something weird, they know what it is!

The employee there seems very friendly and helpful but I can't give them a 4 or 5 star due to one thing COMMUNICATION. I order a flexible pipe online and it said that it is available here for the next day pickup and that I can go pick it up when I get an email confirmation. I order it on June 8th at night and on June 9th, I went to work all day in the morning until I got out of work at 2:30pm and still no email confirmation saying it's ready. So I had to call them myself to verified what happen to my order because in the back of my head, I knew that it wasn't a difficult part for them to get it prepare for me. So in conclusion, I was the boss to tell them how to work properly, and they are the employee who either wasn't train right to do there job as in taking customer orders. I'll reconsi
