Soo helpful and great customer service!!! Needed new wipers and got them picked out and changed so quickly here. Better than any other auto parts store.

Stopped in to buy oil. They informed me about different types when I had a question about the type they sold me after I returned one of them. After doing a little research, it turns out that oil is better for my turbo engine. They also provided me with a funnel to borrow and paper towels. Exceptional service!

Bluffton NAPA is the best. These guys aren't your typical box store auto part house. These guys are knowledgeable and don't need to know if your vehicle is a 4x4 or not for new wiper blades. If they don't have it, it will be there the next day!

Chris and Dave are the best! My family of six found out five-hours from home that none of our minivan brake lights were functioning! On New Year’s Eve, with a long drive ahead, we went to four, and called another three, auto parts stores in the Bluffton / Hilton Head Island area of South Carolina. In short, the NAPA in Bluffton was the only one with the items in stock and the know how to get us back safely on the road again. Dave has been at NAPA for over 25 years, and Chris was key in sorting out the ultimate solution and also wouldn’t let our kids leave without taking some NAPA hats off the Christmas Tree (see photo, extra hat was for the missing older sister).
