Customer service has gotten progressively worse since they opened the location on US-127. Definitely more centered on catering to the needs of shops vs individuals.
Just dropped in to get a battery Juan was great he installed my battery for me very fast and had a great attitude will definitely go back
Ordered the battery wedge kit I needed for $21.00 after the local Ford dealer said it couldn't be ordered and I would have to buy the whole wire harness for $378.00. Just thankful to have local parts houses so you can bypass the local crooked dealerships lol. This store will get you what you need quickly.
Staff is always helpful and very friendly! If they don't have something in stock, it's generally there the next day. Will definitely be a repeat customer!
Very helpful when looking for a coil for wood chipper!
