Wicked helpful, had everything I needed. I was gifted a gift card a while back and they had some problems getting it to swipe properly. They were able to confirm that the card had a balance and went in the system to manually deduct the gift card's balance from the cost. Was very appreciated.

After breaking down on the highway they stayed open a few minutes late because I was walking there the ended up getting a ride from the state police, the employee was awesome

Wonderful staff, with great knowledge and very helpful, quick service. I have shopped with various NAPA stores for many years, but this location has by far the nicest and most acutely helpful staff I've ever experienced. I had a issue with a wheel hub and studs near the store. The staff had the tools and knowledge to be able to find the replacement parts either on the shelf or via the local parts warehouse. They proceeded to go above and beyond, allowing me usage of their parking lot and more to ensure that I could safely continue on my journey. In a town famous for its car events and community, the staff showed all that is good in the car world, and helped a traveler in need. I sincerely thank them, and recommend them for parts purchases.

The guys working here are pleasant to speak too. Very knowledgeable about different types of repairs. Unlike the more popular stores beside each other Auto Zone and Advance Auto. Thanks NAPA!

Staff is friendly BUT parts well overpriced. Spark plugs wires defective no warranty!!!! They were less than three months old. Went to Advance Auto better quality wires, with warranty and cheaper price than original price from Napa.
