Yessss....This is my Napa Store (Blackstone VA) of choice and it should be yours too! I drive 50minutes from Chase City to Blackstone because of the great customer service that I’ve always been given. The owner is very helpful friendly and Josh IS AMAZING!
Old lady there is extremely rude and unwilling do to her job. Asked nicely for assistance and she gets an attitude and tells me it'll be 20 minutes. Great customer service 😂

Thanks to the great team at this NAPA location I bought a headlight lamp (even received a military discount) and Tim was able to install it for me so I could make a 2 hour trip home safely that night. Reading the other reviews, above and beyond seems to be their standard.
Great customer service and a wide selection of parts. Very friendly people who do not treat you like a number, but like they are really happy you are there.
