Closing before 7 p.m., it’s 6:58 p.m., and Im at the store when I discovered they had already closed. The weather is pouring rain now. Since I don’t have a rear window in my car, I needed to get set in place, which made things extremely inconvenient for me. Additionally, getting a ride to get down to Napa on someone else’s schedule is unsettling to me. This rating reflects the inconvenience caused and my decision to take my business elsewhere.

Came at 6:30 on Thursday in need some something urgent on and found them closed 30 min before posted closing time :(

The gentlemen that works there (dark hair) was very nice and he was very good to me. I needed a part and I was a couple dollars short and he covered it for me and that was just absolutely awesome customer service and real old home town feeling of nostalgia. I really appreciate that there are still people that want to make Castle Rock a place where people feel welcome & at home.

Great local parts store. They carry a large amount of heavy truck parts in addition to the usual car and light truck supplies. The staff does a great job of making sure you are leaving with what you need to eliminate a second trip.

Best customer service I've experienced in a long time! Very friendly and helpful staff. They helped me find the windshield wipers I needed, and were completely accommodating for me, even put them on for me!! Leah was very friendly, helpful, and personable!
