NAPA Auto Parts

Went into the store this morning to warranty 2 batteries in my f250 that wouldn’t hold a charge anymore. Remind you these batteries were bought at this store 6/22/23 and have a 3 year free replacement. The lady who was originally assisting me was very nice and professional. Also when I purchased the batteries back in 2023 I sent a copy of the receipt to my email so I would have it in the future as I do for all warranty receipts. Upon trying to do the exchange the lady ran into an issue and had to get the manager James assist. First thing out his mouth when he came to the counter he asked for a receipt in which I showed him on my phone, he said I need the original paper receipt and that he couldn’t do anything with an electronic copy. I tried to explain to him that I copy all of my warranty

Horrible cuatomer service James so rude with me and my husband we came to the store for a part and for the anti freez and he got upset bcs we couldn't explain exactly where the hose came from I try to tell him I had the car right outside and that I need some help he say he couldn't help me and I am sure he got upset bcs my husband was not able to express his self and ask me to translate for him. Don't know if it was bcs I was a woman or bcs we spoke another lenguaje. Business is business and they need to treat people with respect and cordiality. I am a paying customer and I had not disrespect Mr James the General manager for him to be so rude and unhelpful. Everyone has a bad day but that does not give them the right to mistreat others.
