NAPA Auto Parts - Chama American Parts

I went to the counter where two gentlemen were working both looked busy one was on his phone the other one was dealing with a computer order possibly I stood at the counter with money in hand the gentleman was on his phone didn't look up to see me didn't ask me if I could be of any assistance pretty much ignored me I waited for about 5 minutes and the space between me and him was about a foot and a half I pinched myself to make sure that I wasn't invisible I put my $20 back in my pocket and said nothing apparently they didn't need to sail that bad I got a feeling neither one of them was interested in making a sale those two need to be put in the back and hire somebody with a personality to work the counter

I've gone into this place several times, usually because I'm trying to fix something on my truck. I've never ever been treated badly there everybody is really polite and for my people, the prices are awesome. I would probably suggest if somebody needed something Automotive that That would be the place to go in this area.

Always willing to help and fast turnaround if you have to order something. Justin, Paul, and "Mean" Gene are awesome! RIP Gene, we miss you brother!

Very knowledgeable, friendly , helpful. Good people in that store doing it right!! Chama is damn fortunate to have this business here. And so am I.

Super helpful staff. You will probably need to order most things but they typically arrive fairly quickly considering how for the town is from anything else.
