NAPA Auto Parts - Chatfield Machine

I bought a towing ball which was the wrong size. They did an easy, no hassle exchange for me. They had the motorcycle oil I was looking for after I went all over town searching. They even had an oil pump to fit my Lower unit on my Mercruiser boat engine and my Yamaha outboard. I’ve found the guys and gals here very knowledgeable and always helpful.

Fantastic parts store. The people behind the counter actually know what they are selling. I always ask for their impute on my orders and they always get me a decent price. I've purchased more parts than I wanted to, but they were great to work with. They are also locally owned and operated. Good people.

Went in for rusted brake line and realized I wasn't sure what size line I needed. First wasn't sure if line was 3/16 or 1/4 inch. Pat looked it up, and saved a trip home to look. After installing the repair line I had more rust damage and broke the bleeder on the caliper. Went back and John was awesome making sure I had everything I need for the repair along with tips to save some headaches. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff you don't find in the bigger chain parts stores. Highly recommend checking them out

I excepted to go to every parts store in town to check off everything on my list for this project. Instead I made one stop and got all the help and knowledge I was looking for from one great local store. Nick at Napa is damn good at what he does, his customer service skills are bar none and he has an answer for everything.
