The female customer service agent was nonverbal towards me when I asked her a question about an item I wanted to purchase. He demeanor wasn't appreciated for a customer service representative.

The staff at this location will get you what you need. Helpful and friendly.

Great place and excellent customer service, which knows exactly what you need and not those 3r party auto parts that can't find themselves in the store. Really appreciate and recommend NAPA to all my friends and family.

Worst Napa in existence. Employees have attitudes and don't want to return parts because they're not clean. If a part was prepared to be used and fit it then of course it's not going to be 100% clean. But it was clean to a great extent. Was told prior hand about them and how this somewhat lazy so won't be returning to them.
