These guys are incredible. Answered all my questions promptly and was sure I all set before I left. These are my go-to guys from here on out!

I called the store 50 minutes before closing, needing two custom hydraulic hoses—one 20 feet long and the other just over 30 feet. They had the hose and fittings in stock and told me to get there before closing. I made it with 30 minutes to spare, and they got to work right away, building me upgraded, more durable hoses in no time. The customer service was outstanding, and the employees were fast, efficient, and knowledgeable. They took care of me without hesitation, and I highly recommend this store. I’ll definitely be coming back for all my hydraulic hose needs!

I love Napa auto parts but unfortunately this particular location carries almost no parts in store. As a result I travel to Napa in larger towns to get my part. I'm not ordering and waiting when I can have I hand same day.

This is by far the worse place ever to go for good service. The men that work there are very rude very womanizing. Plus, you dont even want to get car batteries there. You will have to keep returning n exchanging them regularly. Uugggh. I would definately think twice before going there.
