Staff is well knowledgeable, polite & courteous. They have what you need in stock or can order it for you. Parts are excellent quality & prices are fair. I've always used Napa for all my automotive needs, very satisfied customer💯
Very small, not very helpful, and i was given a light bulb in no packaging. I said i didnt know how to replace it, and said i hoped it didnt break before i figured it out and the guy behind the counter simply said dont drop it, and went in the back. Ill drive out of my way next time for better service.
