LoL. There is no such thing as a "Napa Store Owner". It's a corporate owned entity. And the hours here suck. Closing at 6pm ? Lazy lazy lazy. Did I mention Lazy. No wonder Auto Zone kicks your guys ass all over the place. And don't ever leave messages for an employee to call you back because that'll never happen here they're just so freaking busy here they don't have time for nothing else 🫵🫡🤒

Great place for DIYers and pros. Plenty of parking, and located conveniently near downtown Clovis. Quality parts and experienced personnel. Decent selection of tools, just in case you don't have that special metric socket for your Audi. Cleaning supplies for your car, paint, filters, oil, batteries and antifreeze. Much more.

Great experience, gentlemens in front are knowledgeable and friendly, in and out in 10 mins with the right part

The street view is the back of the store. You cannot enter from this side. You have to go all the way around the building and the first door is blocked with an arrow

Tried returning an item which I purchased at another location. The clerk told me the item was not returnable which seemed odd. I told them I had bought it not even an hr prior and had specifically asked if it could be returned (I hoped to find it cheaper elsewhere which I did). When I explained as much the clerk told me to go back to the store where I bought it - so I had to drive 20 mins to make the return and feel that I was lied to. The original store told me any NAPA store should take that return. So I think I was lied to - not sure why.
