Best napa in the business. These guys are on it. I never have an issue and I'm in and out. Didn't even ask the last time I bought wipers they just came right out and changed them.

I've been here twice and had a good experience both times. My first experience had me looking for a very specific grease fitting. Although I was unable to aquire one here, the employee took the time to look into all resources and products available to find what I needed, without success. I was impressed that the person took the time to do all she could to try to help. The second time was also a very good experience. The employee was quick to approach me and offer assistance. Also had inquiries on other products which he quickly was able to locate and price for me. Very impressed with the service and quick visit.

I went there to get some trans fluid and get a tool to fill my transfer case, I asked to borrow a tool to remove the fill plug, and Paul hands me a bolt with a nut on it and tells me to try that. It doesn’t work, so I ask if I can borrow a hex bit and I was told that that was fine, it worked, I I give back the tools and hang the hex bit on the wall. Paul then rudely explains that since I used the bit for one plug, he has to charge me for it, even though there is nothing wrong with it. He was overall very rude and unwelcoming, and I will never return to this store ever again. He was very unprofessional and rude from the start

Went in looking for an additive for our Diesel engine and we were treated as if we were asking the wrong person and we were fools for not knowing exactly what we needed. Mr. Paul acted like he did not want to be bothered with trying to help us out at all.

Im in there all the time, they always treat me good and tell me about all the deals going on, always friendly on the phone as well.
