NAPA Auto Parts - Coastal Auto Parts Machias

This NAPA needs to legitimately be closed down. Never have I experienced such incompetence on such a regular basis. Go to the NAPA in milbridge, they are great helpful and actually know what their doing. Machias is an utter waste of time.

Friendly employees, generally well stocked. When dealing with NAPA I suggest shopping online (even though the site sucks) to find a specific part rather than trying to talk with an inexperienced employee. Not needing a specific part, i.e. oil, fuel treatment, fuse, etc? It's as good a place as any.

The employee was very helpful. He got me what I needed, explained the tool I needed to use and was awesome. Other staff members said hello, and asked how I was. Sweet people.

I would give only 3 stars for the Machias Maine branch as they don't seem to care if they get your order done up correctly. However, I would give the Milbridge Maine branch 5 stars as I've NEVER had any problems with any order I've gotten there and the employees are also much Kinder and much more helpful.

Excellent customer service and product knowledge. I am a full-time RVer and I recently had to replace the batteries in our Ford E-450. The NAPA store in Calais had one battery in stock so I purchased it and a week later stopped at the Machias store for the other battery. I replaced the battery in the parking lot. Replacing the battery is a challenging task because it is located under the vehicle. During the process, I realized I needed new battery terminals and mounting bolts. Every time I went into the store, the staff went above and beyond to meet my needs in a friendly and courteous manner. The store is exceptionally clean and well stocked. In my opinion, this NAPA store is your best choice for auto and truck parts in the Machias area.
