$260 Napa agm motorcycle batteries only have a 6 month warranty. 1 year later I now have a lovely expensive paper weight.

I ordered a part from this store that I needed today ,they told me to pick up part at 8am they don't have part told me part got changed to mid day ok it's now 1pm part not there they said to come back at 2pm part will there so I called the corporate office ,they was suppose to transfer me to someone I can speak with about this matter but that didn't happen either this Napa and customer service sucks if I can give 0000 stars I will I'll never ever do business here again!!!

Just moved into Irmo and I googled auto parts stores in the area and this NAPA store came up and I thought I’d try it out. I needed to get some refrigerant for my car. I ran into the store manager named Matt. He has been incredibly helpful, professional, courteous he offered my children water. He helped me find the right product for my car. Let me speak to an employee who has done mechanical work and showed me the difference between older cars and newer cars with AC ports, these guys are amazing. Thank you so much.
