I was there to buy a set of replacement windshield wipers for my car. The clerk walked over to the appropriate aisle and found the driver side one. He had to go back to the warehouse to look for the passenger side one but none were in stock. Instead, I bought another wiper blade a size smaller but would still fit. The clerk also gave me a $3 AAA discount which I appreciated. It was an overall pleasant transaction experience!

Very customer focused fast and efficient

Had a car battery needing exchanged. Called ahead so the doors would be open. Was told the doors would be open. The doors were not open. I will be staying with O'Reilly's. Y'all lost a good customer with a lot of money.

Awesome awesome store. The 3 men that were working were amazing and very understanding of my situation and helped me tremendously. Five star customer service all the way. If the world had more men like these 3 it would be an amazing place.
