Napa Auto Parts

Passing through LA desperately needed a fuel filter for my 1st Gen Cummins the counter women and owner cross referenced for some time and found me a cross because nobody had what I needed in stock they were a huge help and got me back on the road very friendly and know what there doing as parts people Highly recommend this parts store will definitely use again if in the area

good parts selection, only thing is they can't get the parts when they say they will. communication with buyers is none existent. My order was supposed arrive the next day, so i gave they an extra day and nothing arrived, Its been 5 days. I asked them to call me, & let me know what the situation was, but no phone call. This is the second time they do this to me, thought i'd give them another chance, thought WRONG. I expected more from a store with the NAPA name. avoid them at all cost.

This place sucks...poor quality. ... non very knowledgeable and horrible on the phone....if u ask for a price or a part they will ask if u can call them back in 10 mins.... r they so busy do they not want business or hmmm what r they doing on company time lmaofaded. ..bad ... maybe another napa location..management

Not a official NAPA store ... it got changed of ownership and napa went elsewhere and this store claims its napa but it is not... just go on in and ask is this a NAPA store.. you'll not like the response ..
