I returned a car battery to get my $18 core charge. I have the receipt. They said they only return core charges within 30 days. With a receipt, other auto stores don’t set a time limit. Do not buy from Napa!!!!
Just went in for a new battery for my car and Robert helped me. He was Intentive and had a new battery ordered to the store the next day! Fast service and helpful
They sold me an item for pickup and then when I showed up they claimed it wasn't available and someone was supposed to call me. Well I just wasted an hour's drive time and gas for a clerk to tell me that they can't do what their company said was already done. 0/5
Not a good location. Stock was low. They did not have the item I needed.
Erik was a delight to work with. He is very patient and loves to connect with you and makes it very easy to get what you need. I would give him 10 stars if I could.
