I have never been to Napa, and my experience was phenomenal. Other retail stores did not have what I needed, so a friend recommend it. When I went in I was greeted politely, was helped easily and got everything I needed! The prices are so great and the service outstanding. The store manager, Brian was exceptional. Highly recommended!
So I just called yawl about a banjo bolt for a kubota and mentioned that I could bring it in, she says that will work have a good day bye!!? I was still in the middle of talking and had a few other questions. I think that was very rude and the lady I spoke to was very impatient. I understand being busy but I also understand customer service is number one in retail. This was a lack of that. I will not be shopping here anymore! Get it together.
