We've been using these guys for about 8 years. They helped us out in some sticky situations which we very much appreciate. I would say the most knowledgeable and helpful counter Auto parts people in the area.
Always receive good advise at this small town Napa. Knowledgeable staff and a well stocked store.
Everything I go there, Steve is great and has great customer skills. Dave on the other hand is a know it all. He tries to tell customers his opinion and doesn't listen to the facts or the customers issues. Je really needs customer service training.
The people working here know their stuff, they are always very friendly and willing to help any way they can.
Great people and very helpful and gives great tip on fixing parts. And is good at getting the right part I need.
