Employees are happy to answer questions and give product advice. One time they even replaced the windshield wipers on an older family member's car for them.

The only place that knows there stuff

Poor customer service. I purchased a red top Optima battery from another Napa store. Ada Napa would not warranty it for me even though it was still in the warranty period. They said they are not affiliated with other Napa stores and told me to take it to Shawnee Napa. I contacted Optima Batteries who sent me a new battery. Do your self a favor and drive to Shawnee or Stonewall.

They had to order a part for me and told me it'd be there for me first thing the next morning and it was! It was $100 cheaper than all the other places I called in town and I was back on the road the same day.
