Love this place they worked on my car and fixed the problems thank you so much for taking care of me. I will definitely be back to get my parts for my car.. and cleaning needs.

So my wife was 3 hours from home when we had almost tragedy happen to our new car. We were getting misreading's from our dipstick on our 2019 Pathfinder. Dipstick showed the oil to be full but this was quite the contrary. Thinking the low oil sensor was faulty or such we were close by Napa in Crocket. We decided to leave the car at this shop while closed for the weekend. Monday morning the crew diagnosed the problem & started with the easiest & simplest possible problem first. I was convinced this was not the issue but the mechanics at Napa proved me wrong, thank God we were in GREAT hands! Corey & Ben not only figured out the problem but were so helpful to our needs & kept us from destroying the motor on our new car & got us fixed up for the minimum amount possible. For a minimal service

Went there to get my car that law enforcement had towed. People were nice and a no hassle experience. However, when my car was brought up from the impound yard one of the new back tires was flat. They drove the car on the flat tire, not bothering to put air in it for the drive to the office. The tires on car are new not junk. Fortunately, the tire did not appear damaged.

I am 60 years old and had my battery die. After I had my car jumped I went to Napa to get a new battery. I was so tired from the experience that I forgot tools to remove my battery. The gentleman at Napa helped me get my old battery out and the new one in. It was over 100 degrees! I have never had such great customer service. I will go the extra 10 minutes to Napa for anything I need in the future. Thank you so much
