NAPA Auto Parts - Culpeper Auto Parts Inc

Needed a hose in a pinch and they didn't have the fittings. They had them there the next morning and the hose done and ready by 8am. Fantastic service.

I’m so mad. I went to this place there is to guys working one on the phone and the other one on the computer. Ok I understand that they are busy but at least they need to realize that there is a customer waiting and say. We’ll be right there with you in a minute but they didn’t care that I was standing there in front of their face. What a bad customer service, smells bad. I don’t know what they are doing there. But I’ll never come back to this place.

I visited Napa store on Saturday morning, I was gteated by staff shouting & swearing very loud mostly from the guy who was not wearing uniform I thought he was an unhappy customer at first but sadly no he works there, also the store stank of marijuana. I felt like I was an inconvenience asking for parts so i left empty handed. I would have given zero stars but had to give one to leave my comment. I ended up purchasing parts for my truck from Auto Zone with no problems they were much more professional.

I called them in the morning and have them the details of which part I needed. The gentleman in the phone told me I could pick it up the next day after 8AM. I showed up at 9 the next day and sure enough, the part was there. Highly recommend.

The Culpeper, VA NAPA is one of the best Napa Stores that I have ever shopped in. I am in this Store at least 1 - 2 times per week. The Staff here are very knowledgeable, and go out of their way to help you with your needs. They stock a good Inventory of Tools & Shop Equipment, which is what I shop for here the most. I would recommend this NAPA to anyone.
