The staff here was amazing. Prices are great! The atmosphere is friendly and so is everyone who came in; customers and staff alike. State inspection, oil change and tire rotation. They were even able to drive my manual; not everyone can do that.
Had to buy a part there for my vehicle, they do have what you need but my low rating is due to a lack of customer service. I figured this is small town, people will be pleasant to interact with, not this place apparently! Don’t expect much, get your part and get out!
The auto shop ignores you when you're there and won't call you when your car is ready. You have to call them regularly. Mark is the only competent one there. Without him, the place would go under
Made an appointment for a vehicle inspection. I sat in the waiting room for an hour. They said the inspection guy called out. 10 minutes for inspection. 20 bucks. Mark was very cordial. Good price and friendly people.
