NAPA Auto Parts - CWAP Plainfield

Been ordering parts from here and when I get them home they are the wrong parts. In the last 4 transactions I've made here nothing has been correct. I will not be returning. And I'm telling everyone about the issues. I'm sick of it and nobody there seems to really care. Your employees have no idea what they are doing. I will be going somewhere else. BTW I'm not the only one having issues.

I found that this NAPA has excellent service, and timely delivery of parts. The personnel are extremely knowledgeable, and helpful. They seem to go, very much, out of their way, to serve, and make things right! I salute them!

My hubby and I were returning from northern wis. when our car started misfiring. Google showed this was the closest one. We get there and ask if they do diagnostic to cars. Guy at counter said no but the younger blonde guy says he has one. Helped us and figured out what was wrong. Also lent us his own personal tools. Without him we were screwed. BIG SHOUT OUT TO HIM AND THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Great place for parts. I love working with the crew at this NAPA. The team there is super knowledgeable and really helpful with getting me just what I need. I recommend checking with them for all your part needs.
